George Verwer is an international Evangelist, and founder of Operation Mobilisation. This Ministry helps the youth to do Ministry at home and abroad. OM started in Mexico, and it mobilized the young people to live and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. After Mexico it spread to Europe and India. this was back in 1963. It was founded in 1957. Since then they have served in 110 Countries. It has employed 6800 people . Their aim is to Church Plant , Evangelism, Relief and Development, Justice and Mentoring, and true Discipleship. They bought 4 ships. Latest one is MV Logos Hope, then MV Logos II, and the second MV Doulos and the first Logos. These were the vessels that hosted the trainees. Its been an anourmous lifetime work for George and his team. I was so honored to be invited to meet him on his Birthday.
